This meeting was chaired by the Director of HTC KL, Ir. Ratna Rajah Sivapiragasam and attended by 17 representatives from local Universities in Malaysia through the virtual and physical. The objectives of the meeting are:

a. Introduced to the university representatives about HTC KL as well as the role of HTC KL domestically and internationally;

b. Cooperation between HTC KL and the university in the development of water and hydrological resources of Malaysia, South-East Asia and the Pacific;

c. Expanding the concept of Ecohydrology in the university level with the introduction of the subject and course on that matters.
