The Blood Donation Program was held at Entrepreneurship Tower Lobby, Putrajaya from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm in conjunction with World Osh Day’s Celebration. This annual program was organised by the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Malaysia (DID). The Humid Tropics Centre Kuala Lumpur (HTC KL) acted as the program’s secretariate with the help of the Blood Donation Centre, Ministry of Health Malaysia. The event serves to raise awareness of the need for safe blood and blood products and to thank voluntary, unpaid blood donors for their life-saving gifts of blood. This program is related to the SDGs 3 – Good Health and Well-being.
